Fleet Area Finance Manager – Woodmead

About the role

Join Toyota Financial Services South Africa as a Fleet Area Finance Manager based in Woodmead, Sandton. You will drive sales in the small and medium fleet segment, leveraging Toyota’s values of respect and continuous improvement. The role combines relationship management, financial structuring and market‑share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, corporate customers and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver on market‑share targets to increase the TFS brand and loyalty across the Toyota/Hino dealer network.
• Provide creative financial solutions and structure finance campaigns that meet dealer and corporate customer needs.
• Maximise opportunities with Corporate Sales to generate additional income.
• Ensure compliance with Toyota Way values and service standards in all customer and dealer interactions.
• Prepare onboarding files for new and existing customers and conduct timely credit‑facility reviews.
• Monitor sales performance metrics such as volume, profitability and market share, reporting regularly to management.
• Collaborate closely with TSAM Corporate Sales colleagues to promote a joint business approach.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in asset‑based finance or fleet sales environments.
• Strong understanding of credit principles and experience structuring financing deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned regional area.
• Relevant qualification (NQF 7) in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations, Business Management or equivalent.
