About the role
Express Employment Professionals SA CT is looking for a Flagman to join its logistics team in Cape Town. The position supports site operations by maintaining safety and smooth traffic flow. Candidates must be medically fit and ready to work shifts, including weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of alertness and situational awareness while on duty.
- Stand for long periods to monitor site activity and traffic.
- Communicate clearly with team members and vehicle drivers.
- Work scheduled shifts and weekend hours as required.
- Follow all safety and health protocols on the worksite.
Required profile
- No formal qualification required; Matric/Grade 12 preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual and a strong communicator.
- Medically fit to perform physical duties.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
