Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

Join a globally recognized consumer‑goods leader as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for a key regional market. You will own the full financial planning, analysis and controlling function, translating the Group’s strategic vision into integrated three‑year plans and annual budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of an integrated 3‑year strategic business plan and annual financial plans aligned with Group strategy.
• Own end‑to‑end financial modelling for the local market, ensuring robustness for planning and forecasting cycles.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial closing procedures in line with IFRS and US GAAP standards.
• Produce monthly management accounts with variance analysis and performance driver insights for senior leadership.
• Act as finance subject‑matter expert, training non‑finance stakeholders on templates and processes.
• Analyse key financial risks and opportunities, providing data‑driven recommendations to executives.
• Submit P&L, balance‑sheet and Capex data to consolidation systems such as Essbase.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead special projects to enhance financial efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CIMA or Chartered Accountant (SA) qualification, or progressing towards it.
• 5‑6 years of progressive FP&A or controlling experience.
