Financial Planner – Mobile Concept Wealth

About the role

The Financial Planner will provide professional, compliant financial advice and planning to new and existing clients, helping them meet their financial goals while building long‑term relationships that reinforce the Sanlam brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored financial advice, planning and product solutions to clients, ensuring all interactions comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Generate and sustain sustainable business by meeting revenue, premium and activity targets.
• Network, prospect and generate leads through face‑to‑face meetings, social media and existing client referrals.
• Conduct comprehensive fact‑finding, financial needs analysis and present balanced portfolio recommendations.
• Maintain accurate client records, monitor account activities and provide ongoing service to retain loyalty.
• Report weekly/monthly on contacts, appointments, revenue against targets and update workflow systems.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
• Successful completion of the FAIS “Fit and Proper” regulatory examination and at least 24 months registration with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority.
• Knowledge of financial advice, production targets, compliance, risk management and client relationship management.
• Ability to conduct financial planning, recommendations and portfolio reviews.

• Tech‑savvy with ability to use e‑tools and CRM systems for analysis and record‑keeping.
