About the role
We are a dynamic South African energy company seeking an experienced Financial Manager to take full ownership of our financial function and become a long‑term member of the team.
Key responsibilities
- Full financial management of the organisation
- Accounting and financial administration
- Payroll processing and tax compliance
- Budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting and reporting
- Leadership of the finance team
Required profile
- Relevant financial or accounting qualification, or equivalent practical experience
- Extensive experience in a finance/accounting environment
- Proven track record of managing a complete financial function
- Strong knowledge of general ledger, debtors and creditors, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, payroll tax and statutory requirements
- Previous experience supervising a finance team
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
