Financial Manager – Financial Services (Permanent)

About the role

TWK Agri is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with 5‑7 years of financial management experience to lead the Financial Services division in Pretoria. The role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, compliance oversight and optimisation of working capital to support the company’s growth in agriculture finance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives and lead the annual budgeting process.
• Prepare, consolidate and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, working capital cycles and capital‑expenditure projects, monitoring ROI.
• Design and maintain robust internal control systems, coordinate internal and external audits.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate the finance team while communicating financial insights to senior leadership and the board.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and CA(SA) certification.
• 5‑7 years of progressive experience in financial management, budgeting and audit oversight.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic decision‑making abilities.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.
