Financial Controller

About the role
We are partnering with a leading agri‑equipment business in Stellenbosch to find a proactive Financial Controller. This full‑time, on‑site role will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, cash flow management, and compliance across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day financial operations and the finance function.
- Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and budgets.
- Lead a finance team, fostering development and ensuring high performance.
- Monitor cash flow, credit control, and working capital.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- BCom in Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller.
- Willingness to work five days per week on‑site in Stellenbosch.
