About the role

The Financial Controller – GL Management & Compliance will join the Finance team at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa and report to the Business Process Lead IBS Finance. The role is responsible for safeguarding the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial reporting across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and deliver compliant statutory financial statements and reports.
Maintain strong governance and control over General Ledger (GL) processes.
Provide financial analysis and insights to optimise working capital.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support informed business decisions.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.

Required profile

Proven experience in financial reporting, statutory compliance and GL management.
Ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
