Financial Advisor – Health Specialist

About the role

The Financial Advisor specialising in health will acquire, retain and grow a client base for health‑related financial products. You will provide comprehensive financial planning and deliver an excellent client experience across middle‑income, affluent, professional and business segments.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients by phone to assess financial goals, needs and risk tolerance.
• Provide strategic advice on medical aid, health insurance and GAP cover products.
• Respond promptly to client queries and resolve issues.
• Engage prospective clients, understand their needs and match suitable health solutions.
• Sell appropriate products while ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in the financial services industry.
• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Meet FAIS requirements based on date of first appointment (DOFA) and complete relevant certificates within the stipulated timeframes.
• Hold an FSCA‑approved qualification within six years of DOFA.
