Financial Advisor – Health Products (Centurion & Cape Town)

About the role

The Financial Advisor specialising in Health will acquire, retain and grow a client base for health‑related financial products. You will provide expert advice through comprehensive financial planning and deliver an excellent client experience across middle‑income, affluent, professional and business segments.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients by phone to determine financial goals, needs and risk tolerance.
• Provide strategic advice on medical aid, health insurance and GAP cover products.
• Respond promptly to client queries and resolve issues.
• Engage prospective clients, understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Sell health‑related financial products that align with client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with legislative regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in the financial services industry.
• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Meet FAIS requirements based on date of first appointment (DOFA), where applicable.
• Complete relevant Class of Business certificates within 1 year of DOFA.
• Complete RE5 within 2 years of DOFA.
• Hold an FSCA‑approved qualification within 6 years of DOFA.
