Financial Advisor – Health (Centurion & Cape Town)

About the role

The Financial Advisor specialising in Health will acquire, retain and grow a client base for health‑related financial products. You will provide expert financial planning, deliver excellent client experiences and serve middle‑income, affluent, professional and business segments.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients by phone to assess financial goals, needs and risk tolerance.
• Provide strategic advice on medical aid, health insurance and GAP cover.
• Respond promptly to client queries and resolve issues.
• Engage prospective clients, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Sell health‑related financial products that align with client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in the financial services industry.
• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• FAIS compliance based on date of first appointment (DOFA) and relevant certificates within required timeframes.
• Completion of RE5 within 2 years of DOFA and an FSCA‑approved qualification within 6 years.
