Financial Advisor – Employee Benefits

About the role

SEESA is seeking a proactive Financial Advisor to manage employee benefit services for allocated employer groups. The role involves direct client interaction, record management, and driving business growth through lead generation and cross‑selling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle group enquiries, complaints, membership changes, and requests via phone, email, and web portal.
• Conduct at least 12 client visits per week to allocated employer groups.
• Maintain accurate client records, including FICA documentation and Record of Advice (ROA) completion.
• Generate leads, prospect new Health4Me clients, and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Perform client needs analyses and recommend Momentum and SEB solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Momentum product knowledge, application processes, and value propositions.
• Complete required Classes of Business and industry qualifications within regulatory timeframes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
• Perform any other duties related to SEB's services and the position.

Required profile

• Experience managing group enquiries, complaints, and membership changes.
• Proven ability to conduct frequent client visits and maintain detailed records.
• Demonstrated skill in lead generation, prospecting, and onboarding new clients.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits products and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to complete industry qualifications within prescribed timeframes.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary of R28,478.
• Travel allowance of R1,000 per month.
• Telephone allowance of R800 per month.
