Financial Advisor – Constantia

About the role

The role focuses on providing new and existing clients with professional financial advice, planning and suitable products. You will build sustainable business, maintain long‑term relationships and act in a compliant, ethical manner to grow the Sanlam brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial advice, conduct fact‑finding and present solutions that meet client needs.
• Procure sustainable, high‑quality business and achieve revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain and service clients over the long term to foster loyalty and generate ongoing sales.
• Ensure all client interactions comply with regulatory disclosures and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
• Document activities, report on contacts, appointments and revenue against targets on a weekly/monthly basis.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification and successful completion of the FAIS regulatory examination.
• At least 24 months registration with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA).
• Strong knowledge of financial advice, production target achievement, compliance and risk management.
• Excellent client relationship management and financial planning capabilities.
