About the role

The role focuses on delivering professional financial advice, planning and product sales to both new and existing clients while building long‑term relationships that reinforce the Sanlam brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional financial advice, planning and product sales to new and existing clients.
• Generate sustainable business by meeting revenue, activity and brand promotion targets.
• Network, prospect and generate leads through face‑to‑face interactions, social media and existing client base.
• Conduct client consultations, fact‑finding, financial needs analysis and present tailored solutions.
• Maintain ethical, courteous client service and follow‑up queries promptly.
• Document and report contacts, appointments, issued business and update client records regularly.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• FAIS “Fit and Proper” compliance and successful regulatory examination; registration with FSCA for more than 24 months.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
