About the role
The Financial Adviser will provide professional financial advice, planning and product solutions to both new and existing clients in Rustenburg. The role focuses on building sustainable, high‑quality business while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional financial advice and product solutions to new and existing clients.
- Acquire and grow a sustainable client portfolio in line with revenue and activity targets.
- Maintain long‑term relationships, ensuring ethical and compliant service.
- Monitor client events such as maturities, cancellations and surrenders and act accordingly.
Required profile
- Commitment to meeting marketing plans, revenue generation and activity quotas.
- Strong networking and prospecting abilities to generate leads through social and business channels.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive fact‑finding, financial needs analysis and present solutions.
- Focus on client service, treating customers fairly and delivering value‑added support.
- Proficiency in documenting activities, updating records and reporting performance.
