Financial Adviser – Northern Cape

About the role

Provide new and existing clients with professional financial advice, planning and product sales while building long‑term relationships in the Northern Cape.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored financial advice and product solutions to meet client needs.
• Acquire and grow a client base through networking, prospecting and lead generation.
• Conduct comprehensive fact‑finding, financial needs analysis and portfolio reviews.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all client interactions.
• Develop and implement focused marketing campaigns for middle‑high and affluent market segments.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow‑up queries and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor activity, report on contacts, appointments and revenue against targets.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
• FAIS “Fit and Proper” status and successful completion of the regulatory examination.
• At least 24 months registration with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA).
• Knowledge of financial advice, production targets, compliance, risk management and client relationship management.
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuade clients.
• Demonstrated action‑oriented and resilient attitude.
