Financial Adviser – Limpopo (2026)

About the role

The Financial Adviser will provide new and existing clients with professional, compliant financial advice, planning and product solutions that meet their individual needs. The role focuses on building sustainable, high‑quality business and maintaining long‑term relationships that reinforce the Sanlam brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised financial needs analysis, advice and product recommendations while ensuring all disclosures are compliant.
• Grow the adviser business by executing marketing plans, prospecting new clients through networking, social media and referrals.
• Maintain and service client portfolios, conduct annual reviews and respond to client activities such as maturities or cancellations.
• Generate leads by mining existing client bases, structuring focused campaigns and monitoring market segments.
• Document activities, update client records and report on contacts, revenue and target achievement on a weekly/monthly basis.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
• FAIS "Fit and Proper" requirements met and successful completion of the regulatory examination.
• Registration with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) for at least 24 months.
