Financial Adviser – E2 Solutions (Pretoria Lynnwood)

About the role

The Financial Adviser will provide new and existing clients with professional financial advice, planning and product solutions that meet their needs. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships, generating sustainable business and representing the Sanlam brand in an ethical, compliant manner.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored financial advice, conduct needs analysis and present suitable solutions while ensuring compliance with disclosures.
• Grow the Sanlam adviser business by meeting revenue, activity and brand promotion targets.
• Network, prospect and generate leads through face‑to‑face interactions, social media and existing client referrals.
• Maintain high‑quality client service, respond to queries promptly and foster long‑term loyalty.
• Document activities, update client records and report on contacts, appointments and revenue performance.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
• Successful completion of the FAIS “Fit and Proper” regulatory examination and registration with the FSCA for at least 24 months.
• Knowledge of financial advice, production target achievement, compliance and risk management.
• Experience in client relationship management and financial planning recommendations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial planning e‑tools and related systems.
• Ability to use client relationship management (CRM) platforms for record‑keeping and reporting.
