Financial Adviser – E2 Solutions, Pretoria

About the role

The Financial Adviser will provide professional financial advice, planning and product solutions to both new and existing clients. You will be responsible for growing a sustainable, high-quality book of business while maintaining long-term relationships that reinforce the Sanlam brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored financial advice, conduct comprehensive fact-finding and present suitable solutions in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Generate new business through networking, prospecting, social media marketing and referrals.
• Maintain and service existing client relationships, monitoring account activity such as maturities, cancellations or surrenders.
• Achieve revenue targets, activity quotas and promote the Sanlam brand in line with Treating Customers Fairly principles.
• Document client interactions, update records and produce regular activity and performance reports.
• Participate in continuous learning to stay current on market trends, products and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Completed Grade 12 and meet FAIS “Fit and Proper” requirements with a valid FSCA registration.
• Demonstrated ability to meet production targets, budgeting and compliance standards.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills to generate leads and convert relationships into business.
• Commitment to ethical, courteous client service and long-term relationship building.
