Financial Adviser – Constantia

About the role

The Financial Adviser will provide professional, compliant financial advice and product solutions to new and existing clients in the Constantia area. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships that generate ongoing advice, sales and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored financial planning advice, conduct comprehensive fact‑finding and present suitable solutions while adhering to Treating Customers Fairly principles.
• Grow the Sanlam adviser business by meeting revenue targets, activity quotas and promoting the brand.
• Network, prospect and generate leads through face‑to‑face interactions, social media and existing client referrals.
• Maintain ethical, courteous client service, resolve queries promptly and pursue continuous learning on market trends.
• Document client interactions, update records, and report weekly/monthly on contacts, appointments, revenue and workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification and successful completion of the FAIS “Fit and Proper” regulatory examination.
• At least 24 months registration with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) or equivalent compliance experience.
• Strong client relationship management skills, ability to conduct financial needs analysis and deliver compliant advice.
