Financial Accountant – Residential Property

About the role
We are looking for a Financial Accountant to manage the accounting function for a residential property portfolio. You will work within an experienced finance team, supporting both operational and strategic finance initiatives for a well‑established property group.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting function for a residential property portfolio.
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
- Prepare annual financial statements.
Required profile
- BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles.
- Minimum 2 years post‑article experience.
- Previous residential property accounting experience.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive annual salary ranging from R 450 000 to R 500 000.
