About the role
Join a leading manufacturing powerhouse as a Financial Accountant. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, turning numbers into commercial insight that drives business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
- Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
- Process journals and ensure accurate month‑end reporting.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls and company policies.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
Required profile
- BCom Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of commercial accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, retail or a large corporate setting.
- Proactive, commercially minded and confident when engaging with stakeholders.
Required skills
- Strong ERP experience; SAP is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Solid technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS.
