About the role
Join a market‑leading residential property group as a Financial Accountant, where you will help shape the financial future of diverse property portfolios. You will work within an experienced finance team, gaining exposure to both operational and strategic finance while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Manage the full accounting function for residential property portfolios.
- Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow reporting.
- Prepare annual financial statements.
- Ensure tax and statutory compliance.
Required profile
- BCom degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles.
- Approximately two years post‑article experience.
- Previous residential property accounting experience.
