About the role

This Finance & Treasury Graduate position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Sandton, Johannesburg. From day one you will own the accounting for the South African entity while gaining broad exposure to group finance functions, including cash‑flow management, treasury operations and payroll processing. The role is finance‑first and offers a clear path to help build a dedicated Group Treasury function as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and process the SA entity’s accounting records.
• Manage cash‑flow and administer treasury activities for the entity.
• Provide banking and payment support, ensuring timely transactions.
• Assist with payroll processing and perform related analysis.
• Contribute to finance projects and analytical work across the group.
• Support the development of a Group Treasury function from the ground up.

Required profile

• A finance graduate who is level‑headed, grounded and grateful for the opportunity.
• Strong attention to detail with a sharp numerical aptitude.
• Motivated to build and improve processes rather than merely maintain them.
• Willing and able to work full‑time on‑site in Sandton.
