About the role

We are seeking a temporary Finance Manager for a 5‑month assignment to oversee the financial operations of three entities within a listed company based in Richards Bay. The role reports directly to the General Manager of Finance and will be based in Pretoria.

Key responsibilities

Execute month‑end closing processes and review financial statements.
Authorize payment releases and perform balance‑sheet reconciliations.
Review and approve daily and weekly cash‑flow forecasts.
Manage capital‑expenditure requests, vendor application forms and related documentation.
Prepare budgets, presentations and pricing analyses for all entities.
Calculate net present value (NPV) analyses, primarily for GTRB projects.
Post and review journal entries, providing accounting treatment advice.
Oversee the divisionalisation process of Navitrade and other strategic projects.
Coordinate tax preparation and review activities.

Required profile

Newly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)).
1–2 years of post‑articles experience.
Proven experience leading small teams.

Required skills

SAP financial modules.
