Our client, an established organization focused on innovative production solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to take ownership of financial strategy, reporting, and operational insights at a large scale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage management accounting and monthly financial reporting processes.
• Prepare and analyse management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and latest estimates.
• Conduct cash‑flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Oversee financial controls, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Handle manufacturing costing, standard costing, and product costing activities.
• Perform Bills of Materials (BOM), labour, and overhead recovery calculations.
• Conduct product and customer profitability analysis, margin, and production cost analysis.
• Manage inventory valuation, stock reporting, and stock‑turn analysis.
• Identify inventory risks, including ageing and obsolescence.
• Provide financial and operational performance insights through management reporting and dashboards.
• Support pricing, profitability, and operational decision‑making.
• Oversee financial functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger.

Required profile

• BCom Accounting, BCom Financial Accounting, BCom Management Accounting or equivalent finance/accounting degree.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant post‑graduate accounting/finance experience.
• At least 2–3 years in a senior accounting, management accounting or financial management position.
• Proven experience within a manufacturing, production, or factory environment.
• Strong management accounting and manufacturing costing expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
