Finance Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a hands‑on and detail‑driven Finance Manager to lead the full finance function across our growing technology business. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains compliance, optimises cost management, and supports strategy through insightful analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end bookkeeping, month‑end journals and general ledger integrity.
• Oversee customer invoicing, credit control, supplier payments and payroll processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, board packs and variance analysis.
• Lead annual budgeting, costing models, cash‑flow forecasting and working‑capital management.
• Ensure compliance with SARS regulations, VAT, income tax, payroll tax and B‑BBEE submissions.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• BCom Accounting or equivalent degree (completed articles advantageous).
• Minimum 5 + years in a finance management or senior accountant role.
• Proven experience managing audits, financial reporting cycles and regulatory compliance.
