Finance Manager – Group Reporting & IFRS

About the role

Our client, an established international investment group operating across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead group reporting and IFRS compliance. The role offers regular travel to Dubai and exposure to multi‑entity financial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts for multiple entities.
• Execute complex group consolidations, including foreign subsidiary roll‑ups.
• Produce annual IFRS‑compliant financial statements using CaseWare or similar software.
• Deliver timely group financial reporting against strict deadlines.
• Analyse performance data and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and reporting processes.
• Liaise with external auditors and professional advisors.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with international finance teams to ensure consistency across jurisdictions.

Required profile

• BCom degree in Accounting.
• Proven experience preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts.
• Hands‑on experience with group consolidations, especially foreign subsidiaries.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory financial reporting.
• Experience preparing IFRS‑compliant annual statements using CaseWare or similar.
• Exposure to multi‑entity, international reporting environments.
• Advanced analytical and technical accounting abilities.
