About the role

Nestlé is recruiting Finance Graduate Trainees for its 2027 Finance & Internal Controls (FICO) Graduate Programme based in Bryanston. The role is designed for Accounting or Management Accounting graduates to gain practical finance experience within a global food and beverage company, working on finance and factory projects and supporting real business decisions.

Required profile

• B‑Com in Accounting or Management Accounting.
• Minimum 70% overall academic average.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong reasoning, numeracy and analytical skills.
• Ability to work across different teams.
• Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours.
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence.
• Self‑driven, disciplined and results‑focused.
• Strong interpersonal and people‑focused skills.
• Advantageous: CIMA‑route Management Accounting studies.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
