Nestlé’s 2027 Finance & Internal Controls Graduate Programme offers ambitious finance or accounting graduates the chance to gain real business exposure, learn from experienced teams, and contribute to finance and factory projects across the East and South African Region.
Required profile
- B‑Com in Accounting or Management Accounting (CIMA route)
- Minimum 70% academic average
- Confident, clear and fluent English communication
- Strong reasoning, numeracy and analytical abilities
- Ability to collaborate across teams
- Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours
- Self‑starter with resilience, discipline and results focus
- Empathetic with understanding of others’ goals and needs
- Valid Code 8 driver’s licence
