Finance Administrator (Cape Town)

About the role

ITEC SA is seeking an organised Finance Administrator to support its sales and finance teams in Cape Town. The role involves preparing deal packs, managing finance applications, and ensuring smooth contract execution for financed product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing deal packs for finance houses.
• Complete finance applications and obtain approvals.
• Prepare Docusign or hard‑copy contracts for client signatures.
• Collect required service level agreements and contractual information from clients.
• Communicate deal breakdowns to the projects team.
• Process payouts from finance houses after installation completion.
• Report cash‑flow forecasts to the Financial Manager.
• Prepare finance contract settlement letters and manage cancellations.
• Maintain deal progress reports and report to the Head of Sales.
• Support the Head of Sales with performance reports from CRM and quoting systems.
• Maintain client base records, invoicing, and perform ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Proficiency in Office 365.
• Experience in an ICT sales environment is preferred.
• Experience with deal financing or discounting roles.
