Field Visual Merchandiser – Fashion Retail (Western Cape/Free State)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Field Visual Merchandiser to lead the visual identity of our fashion retail portfolio across the Western Cape, Free State, Gauteng and KwaZulu‑Natal. The role involves travelling to multiple stores, creating compelling displays and ensuring brand consistency in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage visual merchandising for 30+ fashion retail stores within the assigned region.
• Travel regularly to stores in Western Cape, Free State, Gauteng and KZN to implement and audit displays.
• Conceptualise, install and maintain visually striking windows, floor sets and in‑store layouts that reflect seasonal trends and product priorities.
• Ensure each store reflects the brand’s identity and visual standards.
• Collaborate with store managers and buying teams to align merchandising with sales objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of field visual merchandising experience in fashion retail.
• Proven track record of managing visual standards across multiple stores.
• Resident of the Western Cape or Free State and willing to travel throughout the region.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, customer profiles and product positioning.
