Field Sales Representative – Eastern Cape

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will promote KWV brands and products across the Eastern Cape, visiting outlets such as taverns on a contracted call cycle. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, market share and sales through direct consumer interaction and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
• Educate consumers about KWV brands and product range.
• Drive distribution by ensuring product availability at key outlets.
• Implement promotions according to the Main Market Customer Marketing Cycle Plan.
• Handle customer and consumer complaints and queries promptly.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales administration reports.
• Negotiate displays, pricing and point‑of‑sale merchandising.
• Ensure adherence to the contracted call cycle and sales drivers.

Required profile

• Matric/Grade 12 (a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous).
• At least 2 years of FMCG experience in the liquor industry (advantageous).
• Valid driver’s licence with a minimum of 6 months driving experience.
• Availability for frequent travel and occasional overnight stays.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Computer literacy.
• Flexibility to work weekends and variable hours as required.

• Computer literacy (basic PC and Microsoft Office usage).
