Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient‑centered care.
• Participate in shared‑care initiatives and community health programs.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records using MedAccess EMR.
• Teach and mentor medical students and residents as needed.

Required profile

• Board‑eligible or certified family physician with a passion for community‑based practice.
• Commitment to work‑life balance and a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to engage in teaching and mentorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MedAccess EMR.
