Facilities Manager

About the role

CampusKey is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join its young, dynamic team and ensure exceptional service across its student accommodation portfolio. You will lead maintenance operations, manage on‑site teams and drive continuous improvement of building performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget and execute annual preventative and service programmes for all properties.
• Schedule and oversee daily room and communal area maintenance, inspections and emergency response.
• Manage stock, storeroom, procurement requests and relationships with service providers.
• Lead large‑scale renovation projects and optimise utility usage to reduce operating costs.
• Supervise maintenance, gardening and cleaning teams, as well as external contractors.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience overseeing maintenance functions and managing teams of more than five employees.
• Strong independent work ethic combined with excellent teamwork, communication and organisational skills.
• Technical degree (2‑year) or a 4‑year college degree preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver with a customer‑focused attitude.
