External Removals Sales Consultant (Pretoria)

About the role

We are a well‑established transport and logistics provider looking for a dynamic External Removals Sales Consultant to join our Pretoria team. The role focuses on generating high‑value relocation contracts across Gauteng through site surveys, tender management and client relationship stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site client visits, assess furniture volumes and special handling needs, and produce accurate move costings.
• Drive business development by pursuing local and regional relocation opportunities, completing tender requests and following up on quotes.
• Manage end‑to‑end customer communication throughout the move lifecycle.
• Open, maintain and update files for secured moves, ensuring sales pipelines and monthly reports are current.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the furniture removals, relocation or logistics sector (non‑entry level).
• Resident in Pretoria with strong knowledge of the Gauteng market.
• Competent use of Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Valid driver’s licence (Code 8 minimum).
