Export Controller

About the role

Join a fast‑moving logistics provider as an Export Controller, responsible for coordinating export operations across Southern Africa. You will work closely with customer planners in Poland, warehouse teams, and transport partners to ensure accurate, compliant shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive proposals and orders from Customer Planners in Poland and verify stock availability with warehouses.
• Gather shipment weights, dimensions and pallet counts, then allocate orders to transport loads for Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Namibia and Botswana.
• Validate tariff codes, purpose codes, BV inspection requirements and complete all SADC documentation.
• Prepare export paperwork for each truck load, including SAP transfers, freight cost calculations and invoicing.
• Generate and distribute PDFs of invoices and loading instructions to relevant internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of SADC documentation and ensure compliance with regional export regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in export logistics or supply‑chain coordination.
• Strong understanding of tariff classification, SADC documentation and customs compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across borders.
