Experienced Telemarketer – Cold Calling & Microsoft Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced telemarketer to join our team in Pretoria. The role focuses on cold‑calling, lead generation and selling Microsoft Services and Cloud Backup solutions. The ideal candidate is target‑driven and comfortable with high‑volume calling.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls daily to generate leads, follow up on existing leads, and secure sales opportunities.
• Manage and prioritize a list of 5,000 leads for regular follow‑up.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers through effective communication.
• Accurately log and track all interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Services; previous experience in Microsoft Services sales is a significant advantage.
• Solid understanding of Cloud Backup solutions – a non‑negotiable requirement for success in this role.
• Comfort with cold calling, as the role involves making calls throughout the day, every day.
• Proven track record of success in a sales environment, particularly in telemarketing.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
