Experienced Commercial Printing Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Printing Sales Representative to manage high‑value corporate print accounts for a leading South African printing company. You will work closely with back‑office estimating and production teams to deliver seamless service to clients in the lithographic and digital printing markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, marketing managers and creative agencies.
• Identify and close new commercial printing opportunities across sheet‑fed litho and digital print services.
• Consult clients on print quantities, paper stocks, finishing options and delivery timelines.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations in collaboration with the estimating department.
• Follow up quotations to convert them into confirmed production orders.
• Track sales activity, maintain client records and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience in commercial printing, digital print solutions or lithographic print management.
• Strong technical knowledge of paper stocks, CMYK, spot colours, finishing processes and print specifications.
• Ability to recommend the most cost‑effective production method between sheet‑fed litho and digital printing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills.
• Positive, goal‑driven attitude and willingness to learn.

What we offer

• Basic salary from R20 000 to R35 000 per month plus commission.
