Executive Virtual Assistant (Remote, South Africa)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Virtual Assistant to support a founder across several ventures, including a SaaS business, property operations, and personal administration. This long‑term, 100% remote position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys handling both business and personal priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inboxes and calendars for business and personal accounts.
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and prepare proposals, quotes, and business documents.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow‑ups; maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Assist with project and operational coordination, invoicing, expense tracking, receipt reconciliation, and payment follow‑ups.
- Conduct research and help create processes and SOPs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for property‑related administration.
- Arrange travel, appointments, subscriptions, and general life admin; make phone calls on behalf of the founder when required.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and maintain professional communication.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience supporting executives, founders, or small business owners is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is highly desirable.

What we offer
- Compensation of USD 1,400‑1,800 per month, based on experience.
- 30‑hour work week with flexibility.
