Executive Driver – Facilities Services

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking a professional Executive Driver to provide safe, reliable, and confidential chauffeur services for its executives and authorised personnel. The role involves transporting senior staff to meetings, airports, and other business destinations while upholding the highest standards of customer service and vehicle care.

Key responsibilities

• Drive executives and authorised passengers to meetings, business functions, airports and other destinations safely and on time.
• Plan routes in advance, monitor traffic conditions and adjust as needed.
• Assist with luggage and other reasonable travel requirements.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, roadworthiness, and proper documentation.
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, servicing and report any defects or incidents promptly.
• Comply with the National Road Traffic Act, company fleet policies and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Maintain daily trip sheets, mileage and fuel records and submit required reports.

• Professional appearance and business etiquette.

Required skills

• Defensive and responsible driving techniques.
• Knowledge of South African road‑safety regulations and the National Road Traffic Act.
• Vehicle logbook and trip‑record maintenance.
