Executive Concierge

About the role

The Executive Concierge provides high‑level administrative, organisational and personal support to up to four Directors, ensuring their professional and business activities run smoothly. Acting as a trusted liaison, the role involves managing complex schedules, communications, travel logistics and day‑to‑day executive requirements with discretion and foresight.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain intricate calendars, appointments and meeting arrangements for the Directors.
• Screen, prioritise and manage incoming communications, ensuring timely responses.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, transportation and detailed itineraries.
• Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations and other business documents.
• Organise meetings, workshops, conferences and executive events, handling agendas, minutes and action tracking.
• Manage travel‑related expenses, reconciliations and budget tracking.
• Provide personal assistance for confidential matters, personal appointments and reservations.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, suppliers and partners to facilitate efficient execution of requests.
