Executive Associate

About the role

As an Executive Associate to the Executive: Insurance, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, supporting the development and execution of the division’s strategy. This role offers a front‑row seat to senior leadership and a fast‑track path toward future senior management positions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Executive: Insurance to shape and implement divisional strategy.
• Drive strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct research, analysis, and problem‑solving to inform executive decision‑making.
• Build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple business areas.
• Support business planning, budgeting, and performance‑management processes.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and lead their execution.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, business cases, and discussion papers.
• Represent the Executive in engagements with senior stakeholders and help align Insurance with the broader organisation.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of professional experience in insurance, financial services, consulting, strategy, business operations, project management, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead or coordinate initiatives across multiple stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen, learning agility, and a track record of implementing business improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree; relevant professional qualification is a plus.
