Executive Assistant to the CMO (Remote)

About the role

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer provides high‑level administrative and operational support, ensuring the CMO’s office runs smoothly. This remote, full‑time position is ideal for a highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced marketing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CMO’s calendar, schedule meetings, events and travel arrangements.
• Prepare, review and edit correspondence, presentations and reports.
• Screen and prioritize incoming communications and coordinate meeting logistics.
• Support cross‑functional marketing initiatives, track project deadlines and deliverables.
• Liaise with Sales, Product, Finance, HR and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders and vendor management.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, reconcile expenses and submit reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced corporate setting, preferably within marketing or sales.
• Exposure to marketing operations, project coordination and marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems and basic marketing metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with CRM systems.
