About the role
We are seeking a proactive Remote Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast‑growing US‑based software company. The role blends high‑level administrative support with sales‑operations coordination, offering a unique chance to impact business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize tasks, and coordinate communications.
- Oversee sales operations, including appointment setting, lead tracking, and CRM updates.
- Assist with client follow‑ups, lead nurturing, and pipeline organization.
- Maintain organized systems for sales opportunities and pipelines.
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Slack, and Google Workspace to streamline workflows.
- Handle ad‑hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant.
- At least 1 year remote experience supporting a US‑based company.
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with social media, data management, billing/invoicing, and event planning.
