Executive Assistant – Community & Content Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support a fast‑growing women’s media brand. The role blends traditional executive assistance with community and content operations, ensuring the founder can focus on creative direction and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage subscriber inboxes, answer account, payment, and shipping queries, and act as the professional voice of the magazine.
• Maintain the founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle speaking or podcast invitations.
• Welcome new members to the digital community, guide onboarding, moderate discussions, and support editorial workflows.
• Assist with publishing calendar, guest contributor pitches, and light proofreading or formatting in Wix.
• Research and coordinate sponsorships, track outreach, and manage creative assets.
• Organise digital files, spreadsheets, and tasks in Google Drive and Canva.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Coordinator.
• Experience in media, publishing, digital subscriptions, or community management is a strong plus.
• Fluent English – the candidate will communicate exclusively in English during the shift.
• Ability to work flexible hours within CST business hours, Monday‑Friday.
