Executive Assistant – Community & Content Operations

About the role

The client is a fast‑growing women’s media and membership brand seeking a remote Executive Assistant to support the Founder and keep the operational engine running. You will manage inboxes, calendars, community platforms and help with content publishing while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage subscriber inboxes, answer account, payment and shipping queries, and act as the professional voice of the magazine.
• Support the Founder by organizing the calendar, scheduling meetings and handling speaking or podcast invitations.
• Moderate the Skool community (The Swish Society), welcome new members, guide onboarding and maintain positive discussions.
• Assist editorial workflow: maintain the publishing calendar, process guest contributor pitches and perform light proofreading/formatting in Wix.
• Research and coordinate sponsorships with aligned brands or bookstores, track outreach and follow‑up on assets.
• Keep digital files, spreadsheets and tasks organized in Google Drive and Canva.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator.
• Experience in media, publishing, digital subscriptions or community management is a strong plus.
• Fluent English; must communicate exclusively in English during work hours.

What we offer

• Part‑time remote role (10‑20 hours/week) with flexible schedule within CST business hours.
• Hourly rate of $6‑$7, with potential to scale to full‑time.
