Executive Assistant – Community & Content Operations

About the role

The client is a fast‑growing women’s media and membership brand seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the founder and keep the operational engine running smoothly. This remote, part‑time position blends administrative support with community and content operations.

Key responsibilities

• Customer care & inbox management: answer subscriber questions about accounts, payments and shipping; manage the founder’s calendar, schedule meetings and handle speaking or podcast invitations.
• Community & content operations: welcome and onboard new members in the Skool community, moderate discussions, support the editorial calendar, process guest contributor pitches and perform light proofreading or formatting in Wix.
• Partnerships & general admin: research and coordinate brand or bookstore sponsors, track outreach and creative assets, and keep digital files, spreadsheets and design assets organized in Google Drive and Canva.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator, preferably in media, publishing or community management.
• Fluent English with the ability to communicate exclusively in English throughout the shift.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude toward protecting the founder’s time.

Required skills

• Wix website management.
• Skool community platform.
• Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets).
• Canva for basic design assets.
• Email inbox handling and calendar scheduling.

What we offer

• Part‑time (10‑20 hours/week) with the possibility to scale to full‑time.
• Flexible schedule within CST business hours, Monday‑Friday.
• Compensation $6‑$7 per hour.
