Excel Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an Excel Analyst to join a global leader in the Information Services industry on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will use Microsoft Excel to clean, transform, and visualise data, helping business units make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Extract data from multiple sources and consolidate it into structured Excel workbooks.
• Perform data cleaning, validation and transformation to ensure accuracy.
• Build pivot tables, charts and interactive dashboards that highlight key metrics.
• Analyse trends and generate insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting using Excel.
• Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring high data quality.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with basic statistical analysis techniques.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, and charting.
