ERP Technical Administrator

About the role

Lesaka is looking for an ERP Technical Administrator to keep its merchant‑facing systems stable, secure, and performing at peak levels. You will be responsible for the technical operation of ERP environments across development, testing, and production, ensuring reliable integrations and robust platform performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor ERP platform health, performance, and availability.
• Perform system maintenance, patching, and version upgrades.
• Manage system configurations, performance tuning, and environment provisioning.
• Support billing operations and resolve technical incidents.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, Architecture, and the ERP team to ensure seamless platform operation.
• Contribute to technical governance, security compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in managing ERP or enterprise‑scale systems in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of system administration, patch management, and environment lifecycle.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Commitment to security, reliability, and operational excellence.
